Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY For a cancellation request to be valid; the request must be sent in writing via email to Trip Savvy Travel. Your cancellation request will be valid only after it is confirmed by the reservation authorities of Trip Savvy Travel. In accordance with the fundamental regulations in the Turkish travel industry, individuals or groups traveling are required to pay cancellation fees based on the total reservation amount. The cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellation Charges 1. Your reservation will be canceled if it is notified to us in writing 7 days prior to the travel date. 2. The deposit amount for tours that include flight tickets is non-refundable after the purchase of flight tickets. 3. You acknowledge that hotel reservation fees and expenses will be charged to your credit card for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date of the tour. 4. Day tours without flight tickets and hotel accommodation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the start date of the tour. 5. Payment is not mandatory when making a reservation on our website. However, for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay the deposit amount 7 days before the start date of the tour and the full tour amount 3 days before the tour starts. If these payments are not made, Trip Savvy Travel will cancel your reservation without notifying you. 6. Some tours may have special cancellation policies. Therefore, please review the cancellation policy terms in detail before completing your reservation. 7. In the event of tours canceled by Trip Savvy Travel for any reason, similar alternatives will be offered to you. If these options are not suitable for you, the full amount you paid will be refunded. 8. The counting method for cancellation procedures excludes the arrival day and begins from the date when your cancellation notice is received in writing or, in cases where no payment is made, from the date when your cancellation takes place.
