This 2-hour tour will take you to one of the best hamam and spa centers in Cappadocia. There, you will first sweat in the steam room to soften your skin, then scrub and foam massage to cleanse your skin from dead cells, and finally oil massage to loosen your muscles. Meanwhile, you will also learn about the historical and cultural significance of the hamam. Men and women bathe in separate sections, but there is also a special session for couples. The hamam is a spotless, elegant and underground bath with a locker where you can safely store your belongings.
The tour starts by picking you up from your hotel. After about 15 minutes of driving, you will arrive at the hamam and spa center. There, you will undress and wrap yourself in the cotton peştemal given to you. Then, you will enter the steam room to warm and soften your skin. Then, you will lie on a marble table and have a scrub and foam massage. This will clean your skin, increase your blood circulation and help you get rid of toxins. Then, you will relax and loosen your muscles with an oil massage. Meanwhile, a clay mask will be applied to your face. After the massage, you can drink tea or juice in the relaxation room. The tour ends by dropping you off at your hotel.
